Launched our official note account, featuring CEO Shohei Kishiya

We have launched an official Calaris account on note to share how we think and introduce the people who work here. Our first piece is a two-part interview with Representative Director and CEO Shohei Kishiya on the story behind the company's founding.

Part 1 covers his unease with evaluating people mainly on easy-to-see signals such as education and job titles, and the structural constraints he came to see from the hiring side. Part 2 turns to what dialogue means in hiring, and to what we call Caliber — a person's essential capability that credentials alone cannot capture.
