Calaris Featured on TV TOKYO's "Nippon! Konna Mirai ga Aru Nante"

On August 23, 2026, TV TOKYO's program "Nippon! Konna Mirai ga Aru Nante — Transformation Projects at Japan's Largest Companies" featured Calaris and our two-way conversational AI assessment, Calaris Assess.

In the program, Calaris Assess was presented as a new approach to hiring built on AI. The show's host, Koji Kato, took the assessment firsthand, demonstrating how it probes more deeply or shifts topics on the spot in response to how the candidate answers.

Representing Calaris, Shohei Kishiya (Representative Director and CEO) and Takuya Kashimura (VP of Technology) appeared on the program to explain how our service is designed and the thinking behind it.
