Information Security Policy

Calaris Inc. (hereinafter, "the Company") is committed to protecting the information assets entrusted to us by our customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime, and to meeting the trust of our customers and society. We address information security company-wide based on the following policy.

• We implement organizationally and technically appropriate measures to reliably protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, and respond to changing information technology and new threats.
• We conduct information security training for all employees and thoroughly disseminate the policy, striving to improve and maintain security awareness.
• We establish objectives related to our management system and information security, periodically review them, and continuously implement and maintain improvements.
• We delegate responsibility and authority to management representatives in order to implement, maintain, and improve the management system.
