- Information related to inquiries, communications, and scheduling regarding recruitment activities
- Other information necessary for recruitment selection, onboarding procedures, improvement of recruitment activities, or related operations
Article 2: Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company uses your personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes.

Article 3: Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
To achieve the purposes set forth in Article 2 above, the Company may, with your consent, provide personal data to its business partners and other third parties (hereinafter, "Recipients").
In addition, the Company may provide personal data to relevant third parties without your consent in cases prescribed by law or otherwise falling within the exceptions under the APPI.
Furthermore, to achieve the purposes set forth in Article 2 above, the Company may entrust the handling of personal data to a third party, and may provide personal data to such third party (hereinafter, the "Contractor") in connection therewith. In such cases, the Company shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the Contractor.

When the Company provides personal data to a Recipient located in a foreign country, the Company shall do so in accordance with the APPI and after obtaining your consent.
Contractors referred to in Article 3 above may include third parties located outside Japan. You may also request, in accordance with the Company's procedures, disclosure of records of provision to third parties relating to personal data by which you are identified.

Article 7: Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Company may change this Privacy Policy as necessary. However, where a change requires user consent under applicable law, the Company shall obtain consent in advance through methods designated by the Company. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be made known clearly by notice on the Company's website, by email, or by other means, including the effective date and contents of the change.
