Solvere Corporation has been renamed to Calaris Corporation, unifying our corporate identity with our product brand.
Solvere Corporation (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shohei Kishiya) hereby announces that, effective May 18, 2026, its corporate name has been changed to Calaris Corporation. There are no changes to the Company's registered address, representative, or business operations.
Since our founding on August 1, 2025, we have pursued our mission under the name Solvere — Latin for "to unlock potential" — building tools that surface the essential capacity of people in an age made opaque by AI. To advance this work further, and to embody more clearly the future we are building toward, we have renamed our company.
The Meaning Behind Calaris
Calaris is a coined word combining Caliber — a person's essential capacity and character — with Polaris, the North Star.
Where does one's Caliber lie, and how can it be strengthened? We aspire to be the North Star that illuminates that path.
This aspiration is the meaning we have entrusted to our new name.

A Message from CEO Shohei Kishiya
Since our founding, we have engaged directly with what we call Caliber — the essential capacity that credentials cannot fully capture — and have continued to refine our products in service of it. Through this work, we have grown ever more certain that our purpose lies in establishing the very concept of Caliber in society at large. By unifying both our corporate name and product name under Calaris — entrusting our entire brand to this single word — we seek to express that intent with renewed clarity. It is in this spirit that we have made this change.
The name Calaris carries our aspiration to be the North Star (Polaris) that illuminates each person's Caliber and guides the path forward.
